Complaint Page

Kid Connect Child Reunification Service takes all complaints extremely seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate action when required.

Complaint Process

Once a complaint has been filed, the Kid Connect Board of Directors will meet at the soonest available time to review the complaint and confirm the details. If the Board determines that the complaint warrants disciplinary action, action will be taken in accordance with our disciplinary policy outlined below.

If the report is reviewed and the Board determines that no policy violation occurred, the complaint will be dismissed and no action will be taken.

You will receive an email update regarding the status of your complaint and the final outcome. If requested, you will also receive a complaint file number for your records.

Please note that, to protect privacy and the integrity of the review process, names and other information related to the ongoing review will not be disclosed.
